Why use elastic cuffs:

Made from stretch cotton, our stretch wristbands have a wide velcro closure, they are perfect for weightlifting but also ideal during gymnastics, functional and cross training workouts.

Designed to protect and prevent injuries during workouts and to provide considerable compression and support to the wrist.

How to wear elastic cuffs:

Elastic cuffs are worn by inserting the thumb into the black elastic ring, wrapping the entire band around the wrist, squeezing and compressing the joint.

Once the cuff is tight, you can remove your thumb from the elastic and begin your workout.
