This belt is equipped with the Double Secure function, allowing you to lock the belt using the inner velcro as well as the outer one after passing the belt through the double safety buckle.
For quick release during a WOD, do not use this inner velcro. Pass the belt around the safety buckle (do not pass the belt back through the buckle) and hook the belt onto the outer velcro.
