Instructions for use:
1.) Unscrew the cap.
2.) For hand application, apply a nickel-sized amount of hand cream to the inside of your palm and rub all over. Make sure to get between your fingers and onto the back of your hand.
3.) If you are happy with the amount of cream you have just absorbed, that's it! You are done.
5.) For best results, apply this cream twice a day, morning and night. If nothing else, use it at night before going to bed. If you work out in the morning, we suggest using this cream POST workout.
