How to use them:

Zero free grips provide excellent grip on both standard and "smooth" bars.

We do not recommend using it on extremely rough bars. Product to be used strictly WITHOUT CHALK.

 

How to clean them:

To clean the external surface, we recommend using a normal degreaser.

Hand washing is recommended so as not to compromise the materials used.

Do not let the product dry in the sun after washing.
